By using Mijest, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Mijest ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at mijest.com (together or individually "Service") operated by Freelopers OÜ, an Estonian company. Mijest is a product developed by Freelopers OÜ.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Nature of Service & AI Disclosure

AI-Powered Production

Mijest is a production tool that transforms user-provided text inputs into audio and visual works using artificial intelligence technologies.

No Guarantees

  • Mijest does not guarantee that produced works are 100% flawless or completely independent of third-party copyrights.
  • Technology produces content based on existing data pools, which may occasionally generate similar patterns.

3. User Responsibility

By placing an order, you declare and warrant that:

  • Stories, names, and texts you provide do not violate personality rights
  • Your content does not violate general moral principles
  • Your content does not infringe on third-party copyrights
  • All legal and criminal liability arising from content is solely your responsibility

4. License & Usage Rights

✓ Personal Use (Allowed)

  • • Private events (wedding, birthday, anniversary)
  • • Personal social media sharing
  • • Gifting to family and friends
  • • Personal listening and enjoyment

✗ Commercial Use (Restricted)

  • • Uploading to Spotify, Apple Music for monetization
  • • Broadcasting or advertising use
  • • Resale or commercial distribution

⚠️ Commercial Use Warning

You can technically upload the delivered file to streaming platforms, but Mijest only provides a "Personal Use" license. You are solely responsible for any copyright issues that may arise on commercial platforms. Account suspensions or copyright claims are not Mijest's liability.

5. Publishing & Privacy Policy

🌐 Public Mode (Default)

Unless otherwise specified, Mijest reserves the right to publish produced works on its official channels (YouTube, Social Media, etc.).

🔒 Private Mode

If you select "Private Only" option, your song will be uploaded to YouTube as "Unlisted". It won't appear in public searches - only those with the link can access it.

6. Revenue Rights

Revenue from songs published on Mijest's official channels (Monetization Rights) is counted towards platform operational costs and belongs entirely to Mijest. You can gift and share your song as you wish.

7. Refund Policy

The service provided by Mijest falls under "Goods Prepared According to Consumer's Requests or Personal Needs" category.

After Production Starts

Once the order is processed and AI production begins or completes, no refund is provided. "I don't like the song" is not a valid refund reason (Demo and revision rights are reserved).

Technical Issues

Refunds or remediation are only provided if the file is corrupted or not delivered.

8. Content Takedown

  • • Users may request removal of content they previously allowed to be published
  • • Requests should be sent to support@mijest.com. Processing time is 7 business days
  • • No retroactive rights can be claimed for removed content

9. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • • Hate speech and racism
  • • Child abuse content
  • • Violence-promoting or glorifying content
  • • Content promoting illegal activities

Mijest reserves the right to cancel orders and withhold refunds for such content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freelopers OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
