Terms of Service

Mijest provides a service that transforms users' personal stories, poems, or memories into professional songs. Our service includes AI-powered music generation and final touches by human musicians.

By using our service, you agree to the following terms: • You are over 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent • The content you provide is legal • You will not submit material that infringes copyrights • You will not misuse the service (spam, harmful content, etc.)

Created Songs: After the order is completed and payment is received, all rights to the created song belong to you. These rights include: • Personal use • Sharing on social media • Giving as a gift • Use at private events Commercial Use: Prior written permission is required for commercial use of the song (advertising, sales, broadcasting, etc.). Mijest Rights: Mijest reserves the right to use songs as references in its portfolio (with customer information kept confidential).

Payment: All payments are securely processed through LemonSqueezy. Your credit card information is not stored with us. Refund Conditions: • Before demo approval: You can request a full refund • After demo approval: No refunds (production process has started) • Technical issues: Full refund if the song cannot be delivered Revision Rights: Each plan includes a certain number of revision rights. These rights are valid per order and are non-transferable.

Standard delivery time is 48-72 hours. This may be extended during peak periods. You will be notified in advance of delivery delays. Delivery Formats: • MP3 (Standard quality) • WAV (High quality - Full Song and above plans) • Video formats (Full Experience plan)

We do not accept the following content: • Hate speech or discrimination • Violence or incitement to harm • Support for illegal activities • Infringement of third-party rights • Sexual or obscene content If such content is detected, the order will be canceled without refund.

Mijest does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to technical glitches, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid.

These terms may be changed without prior notice. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the service means you accept the current terms.
